We're open Sunday to Friday and closed on Saturday. Friday closes early, before sundown. Today's hours are always at the bottom of every page.

Kids from 1 to 14. Toddlers get their own soft play section, so the little ones can play without the big kids zooming past.

Yes! Everyone who plays needs socks, and that includes grown-ups who climb in too. Shoes stay in the basket at the front desk.

Pick Soft Play, or the Action Package, which adds the roller coaster, train ride and bumper cars. Weekends and holidays cost a little more. Current prices are in the Pricing section of our Activities page.

The first grown-up with your kids is free. Each extra adult pays a small entry fee.

All day. Admission is for the day, not by the hour, so stay until they're tired. (Good luck with that.)

There's street parking on McDonald Avenue and the side streets around us.

Yes, strollers are welcome.

No outside food or drinks, whether you're here for a party or just to play. The one exception is a birthday cake brought for photos.

Yes! Our classics: pizza, calzones, french fries, garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, soda, slush and coffee. Having a party? You can add platters, mains and snacks when you book.

Not for a regular visit. Members sign one when they join, and party guests sign theirs online from the party invite, which makes check-in quicker.

Every party comes with 2 hours in a private party room, a personal hostess, all the paper goods, a slice of pizza and a soda for each child, a personalized ice cream cake, and soft play and rides. The Action Party adds 10 game tokens for each child, party bags, helium balloons, coffee for the grown-ups and a special gift for the birthday kid.

You don't need to, because a personalized ice cream cake comes with every party. If you'd like your own cake for photos, bring it! We just don't serve outside food, so the party cake is the one we cut.

The party room is all yours for 2 hours. When the party's over, the room gets ready for the next one, but nobody has to go home: everyone at your party can keep playing in the store at no extra charge.

1. Guests sign in at the front desk, leave their shoes in the basket and come see where the party room is. 2. The kids play in the store. 3. Everyone comes into the party room for pizza. 4. We hand out the game tokens. 5. Cake and singing. 6. Presents, if you'd like to open them there. 7. Party bags and balloons on the way out of the room. 8. Everyone keeps playing after the 2 hours.

Yes, and don't stress about the exact number. Your package includes a set number of kids and grown-ups, and extra kids can be added on the day of the party for a per-person price. It's no big deal.

The deposit is $100 ($50 for the Super Special Birthday Package on regular days). The rest is paid at the party. Final payments by credit card have a 4% fee.

Deposits aren't refunded if you cancel. Need a different date? You can move your party up to a week before it. Just call us at (718) 377-1818.

A membership is a monthly pass for each person. Your kids play all day on the days their pass covers, never by the hour. The calendar shows exactly which days that is.

You can cancel any time from your account. The first few months are paid up front and then it goes month to month, and a cancelled pass keeps working until the end of the time you've already paid for.
